Join our friends at Anyone Can UK for inclusive Canoeing on the beautiful Semer Water on 6th April 2022 as part of our accessible festival. This is a special day for people to come and try out canoeing - all are welcome. Semer Water isn't the normal base for Anyone UK but as a special favour to us they have moved into Yorkshire for the day.
They have a huge range of adaptive equipment, strategies and skills to make sure you and your friends or family have a great time on the water.
This includes; Stabiliser floats for single canoes for independence without instability Creating canoe catamarans for bomber stability Adapted seating, including basic back supports, postural support, aquabacks and a reclined super adjustable armadillo An overhead hoist Steering rudders allowing anyone who can grip to steer Grip aids to help hold the paddle Launching mats that allow you to transfer first and launch second
