Access the Dales, registered charity, number 1199934, aims to break down the barriers that prevent people living with disabilities enjoying the great outdoors either independently or with their friends and family. We do this by making all-terrain mobility vehicles available to borrow at outdoor locations throughout the Yorkshire Dales. We are contacting you to enquire whether your company would be interested in supporting the 2023 Fundraising Challenge.
For 2023, we aim to raise £20,000 to enable us to set up more wheelchair hubs in the Yorkshire Dales.
As part of our fundraising, we are setting ourselves the challenge to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks in three days, with groups of disabled children and adults.
Raising this level of funding is no mean feat and we hope your organisation would be able to support the fundraising challenge financially in any way possible. We are aware of the good work already being done by your company through Corporate Social Responsibility projects and schemes and hope you could consider assisting us.
We are offering three opportunities to support the charity:
Bronze: Use of Branding on all digital media. Access the Dales will include your logo in the "supported by" section of all digital. £1,000
Silver: All of Bronze + "Video Hello" throughout the challenge - the team will video diary their experiences throughout 3Peaks:3Days challenge and will ensure you receive regular mentions and thank you; this media will be available for your marketing and communications team to use as they wish. £2,500
Gold: All of Bronze & Silver + Wheelchair Sponsorship - with the initiation of three new hubs across the Yorkshire Dales this option includes the purchase and setup of a brand-new wheelchair in one of the hubs; this option would benefit from the application of your branding to the wheelchair in question. £5,000
Your company employees can also get involved in the 3 Peaks, Three Day challenge by coming along and joining us on one of the days. Individual sponsor forms are available
