Access the Dales is delighted to be part of the Festival of Walking with the YHA.
A walk to Gordale Scar, suitable for families, buggies and sturdy all-terrain wheelchair users.
Explore karst limestone country at its best and the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire Dales. Learn how these amazing landmark features were formed.
The route is suitable for people using a sturdy, all-terrain, possibly powered wheelchair that is capable of travelling over rough terrain and tackling steeper sections. The walk includes a guided talk about the geology of the area.
A Mobiloo will be located at YHA Malham for the course of the day. The National Park car park also provides accessible toilets and parking.
