We are delighted to be supported by Richmondshire Leisure Trust in making the walk along the disused railway line to Easby Abbey more accessible by providing a mobility scooter available to borrow from Richmond Swimming Pool.

There is a cafe at the Swimming Pool and also at The Station.

Blue Badge Parking is free (up to 4 hours)
Accessible toilets are available in the swimming pool and at The Station.

What's Available

A Quingo Mobility Scooter is available to borrow. From the Swimming Pool there is a level track all the way along to Easby Abbey. The track follows the same route as the original railway line, passing through some beautiful woodlands, open countryside to the ancient ruins of Easby Abbey.
