BTRC Hub at Whinney Hill Farm, Halton

The British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre (BTRC) is a charitable organisation dedicated to the welfare, retraining, and rehoming of retired racehorses. Situated in the picturesque countryside north of Lancaster. With the use of a TerrainHopper, you are welcome to come along and explore the 180 acres of beautiful farmland.

What's Available

A Terrain Hopper is available to borrow with right hand control and carer’s control.

You will able to take a beautiful walk around the surrounding countyside of Halton.

There is also the opportunity to visit the Throughbred centre, visit the stables and meet the horses.​  If you wish to look around the stables, don't hesitate to contact the centre to make arrangements for your visit.
